Travel approximately 45 minutes from your hotel in Basel, to the Alsace region in France, either by luxury minivan, minibus or coach, depending on the size of the group. Visit a family-owned wine cellar, including wine tasting with the Family Kougelhopf. One bottle of wine to take home, per person, compliments of the winemaker.
After wine tasting, you’ll be driving to either Eguisheim or Riquewihr, or if time allows, both! Stroll through the cobblestone streets of two of the most beautiful villages in France. These charming and quaint Alsatian villages, features brightly colored old houses with pointed roofs and timber-framed façades, with remarkably preserved architecture dating from the 16th & 17th centuries.
